In addition, Mr. Ford has the Special Delegation for providing FAA Approval of Multiple Use, Non-Serial Number specific Repairs for Approval as a Repair Specification DER (RS-DER). The Delegations apply to both Metallic and Composite Structure for FAA Part 25, Commercial Transport Aircraft Structures and Components.
